Does is cost me anything to ask a quote from you?
No. We simply provide your enquiry to the production manager and you will receive an estimate free of charge
What type of work can be carried out?
Pretty much the full array of building and refurbishment works. This includes small new-build projects e.g. a single or double storey guest house, home extension, loft conversions and other such structures. Also included are all refurbishment and decorating services such as bespoke carpentry, fitted wardrobes, doors, skirting, architrave, decorating, rendering, guttering, plumbing, tiling and fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms from any providor. What qualification or memberships do the builders or tradesmen have?
The certificates of the builders or decorators on site will depend on your project description. If you need a new boiler and central heating then a certified Gas Safe Registered heating engineer will oversee all installations and give you a certificate. Other qualifications include The Guild of Master Craftsmen, Federation of Master Builders, Dulux Select Decorators, Part P Electrical Safety, EBC and NFB.
Figures released in July 2006 show that a loft conversion which incorporates a bedroom and en-suite bathroom can add up to 20% to the value of your home. These figures show true to date. Click here for more information on raising property value of your home.
Do you provide free advice if needed?
Of course. It is not expected that you will know the ins-and-outs of a full building or refurbishment project. Always check with the site manager or estimator if you have a question. With both of you discussing ways to go about your project, you might come up with some pretty good ideas.
